India was the first to leave the Channel 5 house last night while up against Love Island’s Jonny Mitchell.

Receiving a frosty reception once out of the house, the controversial newsreader took to social media to claim that viewers are not seeing the “full story”.

The 51-year-old said: “You don’t know half of what went on in that house. It’s NOT as it seems.

“Treacherous people. Can’t talk about it for contractual reasons until Mon. Watch @5WrightStuff @CelebrityBigBro #meangirls. (sic)”

India started several rows while in the house in the hope of “securing airtime” and to “stir the pot”, it was revealed.

To put the record straight, the transgender newsreader tweeted that there was a “chief manipulator” inside who would be exposed.

India quoted one fan’s tweet of support, adding: “Hold your horses all. I’ll explain all of this on @5WrightStuff on Mon morn – and reveal the chief manipulator in the CBB house xxx.”

While in the house, India claimed to have a phobia of drag queens, emotionally reacting when Shane J dressed Andrew up in Courtney Act’s drag clothing.

India snapped at another viewer, writing: “Were you there??? I’ve watched a few catch-up episodes and a few gaps need filling in for the full story.

“Naming names as soon as I can #puppetonastring.”

Some Big Brother fans found pictures of India with drag queens on Twitter, slamming the drag phobia as “fake”.

Speaking to Rylan Clark-Neal on Bit on the Side, India rubbished claims that the phobia was made up.

“I was paid to do an event last year and some drag queens were there,” India explained.

“I am a nice person and I’m going to be nice to people who come up for a photo.”

Taking to Twitter once again, India reiterated: “I am a polite person who has manners.

“If I’m asked by an organiser to have my photo taken with someone to promote their event I will.

“WHY would I PRETEND to be upset by drag queens??????? My fear – not yours.”

continues tonight on Channel 5 at 9pm.
